Studies on the “Book of Genesis”, “The Prophets” and “The Story of Salvation” now forming for fall 2018

The Book of Genesis – This original study by scripture educator Lavinia Spiritu, MT, explores the great themes of creation, sin, salvation, covenant, and the calling of the Chosen People against a fascinating human backdrop. Talks address these themes plus Creation and Flood theories, the relationship between faith and science, the Theology of the Body, moral absolutes versus cultural relativism, the question of evil, and many others, set in applicable theological, archeological, legal, and historical context. Our practical application of these principles to our daily lives is an integral part of our call to holiness as Christians. This 12-week study is the first of two parts. It meets from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Mondays, beginning on Aug. 27. Cost is $20 per person. Register by contacting Karen Savko at This email address is being protected from spambots.
