It is an opportunity for these parish children to have their faith nurtured through formation, instruction in scripture and Church tradition, prayer, and worship.

Are you interested in Baptism?

If you are registering your child and would like to pursue the Sacrament of Baptism, click HERE for more information. You can reach out to the Children’s Formation Coordinator to further discuss the preparation for this sacrament.

Are you interested in First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion?

If your child is entering 2nd Grade, which is the year most children receive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, the Children’s Formation Coordinator will reach out to you after your registration is received. Click HERE for the Second Grade Sacrament portion of our website.

If your family is unable to participate at 9:45 a.m. on Sundays or your child has a specific learning need, please reach out to the Children’s Formation Coordinator to discuss your formation options.

In-person instruction by our team of catechists is a rich learning experience for children and their families; however, if a family currently participates in a homeschool option and has this wish for their child’s religious formation, please reach out to the Children’s Formation Coordinator. The formation team is happy to partner with you and can provide a teaching schedule and materials.

St. Patrick will follow the most current Archdiocese policies regarding COVID-19.

*St. Patrick supports families during times of financial hardship. If your current circumstance requires you to request a confidential fee waiver request, please contact Tammy Kessler, Children’s Formation Coordinator, tkessler@stpatlou.org
